1. No refunds allowed. Only exchange will be acceptable with the same or higher price from the original item (not purchase during Raya)

* During Raya seasons we are unable to provide any item exchange or refund due to overwhelming order.

2. Exchange item (not purchase during Raya), postage cost fully covered by the customer.

3. Sale items or items purchased during special promotions cannot be refunded or returned.

4. At Kenangan Kuala Lumpur, our handmade batik garments are unique, and slight color variations or uneven patterns are normal due to the crafting process. These are not defects, and as such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these variations.

By purchasing, you agree to these terms. Only structural defect (e.g : tears, broken stitching) are eligible for review, and customers must notify us within 2 days of receiving the parcel for any issues.
